Diet >>Nurtisystem
Nurtisystem is all about convenience. They sell prepackaged meals from their
website and ship them directly to your home, all you have to do is heat
them up. The only downside i see to this are the high levels of sodium.
Nutrisystem's most known and most used deal is one free week of food with
every four week order. That cost $280 for five weeks of food. Nutrisystem
is very popular because of the fact that the food comes directly to you
and all you have to do is heat it, its like fast food for loosing weight.
With Nurtisystem you exercise is recommended no matter what stage of the
diet you are in. Adding 4 1/2 cups of fruit and vegetables to your day
is also recommended. While on this diet you should stay away from alcohol
and sodas, although tea, coffee, and diet sodas are just fine.
I've found that most people tend to get tired of the taste of the food
after a couple months. However the diet works, obviously or it wouldn't
be so popular. If you compare it to another prepackaged food diet like
Jenny Craig, it seems Nutrisystem is less costly. Jenny Craig charges
its customers a membership fee and requires you to sign a contract, where
as Nutrisystem has neither a membership fee nor a contract to sign. However
Jenny does allow you to visit with a counselor, and Nutrisystem only offers
counseling over the phone.
Another great thing about Nutrisystem are the number of different programs
they have to fit every different situation. There is a women's program,
men's program, women's silver program, men's silver program, women's diabetic
program, men's diabetic program, and a vegetarian program. If you hate
counting calories then you should love the Nutrisystem diet. With Nutrisystem
you get to eat breakfast, lunch, a snack, dinner, and desert, so its not
like your starving yourself either.
To sum up, if you want to pay for your food to be prepared for you and
delivered right to you, not starving yourself, and have a variety of over
120 different foods to choose from, Nutrisystem might be the diet for
you. With two free weeks of food to start out with, you really have nothing
to lose, except weight. If you don't like the food, don't continue the
diet.
